I saw an episode of Gardeners' World many years ago where Sarah Cook, former head gardener at Sissinghurst had started the National Collection of Benton Iris. This piqued my interest and there began a quest to paint as many of these Benton Irises as I can. I found this one at Gravetye Manor. So delicate.
